（1） 负责翻译公司与客户往来信函，价格、交货期以及工程或其它问题的沟通

（2） 翻译客户资料，审查资料，提供报价，确认订单，传递发货信息

（3） 客户来访的前期准备和接待工作

（4） 客户满意度调查和评价，答复客户所有询问

（5） 监控订单生产和交付，并做评价报告。

（6） 负责客户反馈的内部传递，跟踪问题的解决过程； 评价问题解决的满意程度并将问题的解决结果回复客户；客户反馈处理评价。

（7） 通过销售人员的服务，展示公司形象和工作效率，让客户对公司产品有信心，扩大业务量

（8） 通过对市场分析或与竞争对手比较，不断改善工作，让公司成为最有竞争力的供应商

（9） 走访客户，进行感情交流

（10）通过各种信息寻找新市场，开发新客户。

（11）监控货款，与财务沟通，掌握客户回款情况

（12）负责对超账期货款的催收，催收无效应采取措施；通过日常与客户交流和对业务状况分析，关注客户变化，防止出现 死账和呆账。

（13）负责对下属的工作指导，并进行绩效考核；对新上岗的销售专员进行业务培训。

完成上级委派的其他任务

（14）阀门行业市场经理或主管工作经验三年以上。
