Overall Purpose of Job岗位目的:
Warehouse Supervisor is a position responsible for managing all warehouse resources and activities this includes staff, inventory and space as well as facilities, warehouse will play an import role in supporting and coordination manufacturing and business.
仓库主管岗位负责监督所有仓库资源及相关事务。包含：人员、库存及仓库设施。仓库在产品制造以及业务销售环节的支持与协调起了关键性作用。
Major Responsibilities主要职责:
? Accurate Receiving
? 接收准确率
? Receiving Cycle to complete within 24 hours from unloading of material to Receipt in system to Quality Inspection and finally movement to Warehouse Racks .
? 24小时内完成卸柜,质量检验,到上架,入帐的全部流程
? Timely Release of Receiving Reports with details to facilitate Payment to Suppliers. Details to include Supplier Name , Invoice Number of shipment , AWB No or Bill of Lading No .
? 及时开具接收单,包括供应商名称,发票号,提单号,保证付款
? Issuance to Supermarket / Shop Floor -
? 向超市/现场发料
? Ensure FIFO Implemente
? 保证先进先出
? Design and Implement Supermarket , Fix Location for each part in supermarket.
? 设计和实施超市,在超市中每件定位存储
? Audit all issuances updated in ERP
? 检查所有发料均在系统中更新
? Implement Procedure to record Urgent Issuance of Critical Material directly on receipt prior to Receiving Report creation .
? 建立流程, 在正式接收报告产生前,记录紧急发料情况.
? Implement Pull Signals to issue material from Warehouse to Cutting Area / Supermarket AND from Supermarket to Production Lines .
? 用拉动信号从仓库向切线区和超市发料, 从超市向总装发料
? Coordinate with Engineering to Implement “ Service Routes “ to service material from Supermarket to Production Lines OR directly form Warehouse to Production Lines .
? 与工程部门合作,实施送料路径, 从超市向总装发料,或直接从仓库向总装发料
? Zero Down Time on account of servicing issues
? 无仓库引起的停产
? Control and Monitor Excess and Obsolete
? 监控多余和报废物料
? Segregate Obsolete material from active material in warehouse preferably in separate Racks
? 将仓库中报废物料和活料分开，建议存储在单独的货架上。
? Obsolete Material to be identified clearly as Obsolete with Labels .
? 报废物料应有清晰标签标识
? Physical Inventory and Perpetual Count
? 物理库存和定期清点
? Responsible to conduct Annual or Bi Annual or Weekly Physical Inventory count
? 负责年度/半年或每周盘点
? Ensure Perpetual Team conducts Perpetual Count as per defined Time Schedule and results are approved by Warehouse Incharge , PC&L Manager prior to Stock Adjustments .
? 保证盘点人员如期执行盘点计划，结果在库存调整前由仓库主管和部门经理审批。
? Analyze reasons of Inventory Discrepancy and publish to Management .
? 分析盘点差异原因，向管理层报告
? Ensure Inventory Accuracy between Physical and ERP stocks .
? 保证实际库存和ERP记录的一致性
? Shipping Window Compliance
? 发运窗口符合性
? Understand Customer Shipment requirements - JIT , Sequence delivery etc.
? 理解客户发运要求：JIT，按顺序发运
? Ensure Shipping team ships as per Production Planner shipping instruction
? 保证按照生产计划的指令发运
? Coordinate to achieve 100% compliance to shipping window
? 协同努力，实现100%符合发运计划
? Ensure Shipping Team restores all Delivery Orders shipped to customer and copy of customer shipment acknowledgement received for all shipments.
? 保证仓库保留发运单据和客户收货的确认回执。
? Ensure any missed Delivery case reported to PC&L Manager , Operation Manager , Plant Manger .
? 任何发运事故，应向生产计划和后勤经理，厂长，工厂经理报告，
? Coordinate with finance for customer payment resolve
? 和财务协同保证应收帐款

? Ensure effective information flow between various departments within the unit

? Implement effective communication with Production Planning to ensure Shipment Plan adhered to achieve 100% compliance .
? 为确保100%符合发货计划，建立和生产计划人员的有效沟通。
? Implement effective communication system within warehouse team to direct team on daily routine jobs , shortfalls , improvement points through morning meetings , shift start and end meetings .
? 在仓库建立有效沟通机制，指导仓库日常工作，通过晨会，班前准备会和班后会议总结，找出不足。
? Warehouse In Charge is responsible for ensuring Safety of his/her team and contribute to organizational goal of “Zero” Lost Work days and “Zero” Recordables.
? 仓库主管对后勤团队的安全负责, 并且为实现零工作日损失和零安全事故记录而努力.

Key Competencies任职要求:
? Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) or MRP System and materials flow in a manufacturing operation.
? 熟悉仓储管理系统或MRP系统，及制造业物料操作流程。
? Good communication skills Ability to communicate well with all staff levels.
? 良好的员工沟通能力
Education and Experience教育及经验要求:
Educational教育: College degree on engineering.
Computer proficiency using MS Office Programs. Minimum of two years experience with MRP System and inventory control system.
大学学历，工程学优先
精通office软件，至少2年MRP及存货控制系统操作经验
Experience经验: 3 years warehouse experience on a management position. Have 3-5 year experience in warehouse management position of diverse workforce in high volume warehouse manufacturing atmosphere
3-5年在大型制造业仓储管理经验
