MULVANNYG2 ARCHITECTURE seeks a highly motivated individual to fill a Designer role in our Shanghai, China office. Our clients’ visions, values and goals are given form and communicated through our words and graphic expressions. We believe that architecture and the design process are inseparable. We value an honest and intuitive approach and look for candidates with a strong work ethic, integrity, creativity, and loyalty to be part of our diverse firm.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of design experience in the China market, knowledge of local building standards, experience working with local developers, mixed-use and multi-family project experience, must be bilingual in Chinese and English, and possess strong computer and freehand skills. Grade 1 Certified Architect preferred.
Requirements:
1. 3 years experience or above
2. with strong DD (design development), CD (construction document) experience
3. highly design ability
4. good English skill
5. working independently
