The Project Administrator will assist the architectural staff with the following:

? Project organization and coordination within MG2's departments (project startup, marketing needs, contract maintenance and status, tracking processes with accounting, estimating and specifications coordination).

? Assists PM with Pay Applications, i.e. review/QA and process.

? Assists PM with Check Requests, i.e. call jurisdictions for information and process.

? Process Project Number Request Forms

? Prepare Letters, Transmittals

? Assists with budgets, invoices and contracts (Owner/Architect, consultant, contractor) and client billing process with Accounting.

? Submittals and Bid Sets

? Tax/Clear & Grubb/Special Projects

? Manage project communication items with the PM: Change logs (RFI, ASI, COP, etc.), shop drawing logs, work plan maintenance, AIA contracts, Project documentation and site/folio data.

? Feasibility Reports

? Project Binders

? Project closeout procedures (assist with archive submittal documents and electronic files).

? Archiving

? Schedules in Microsoft Project

? Communication and document sharing within team members (including internal, client, consultants, contractors, etc.).

Admin Responsibilities

? Manages and prioritizes workload from Team Lead and team members.

? Coordinates coverage of responsibilities with all appropriate Admin staff. (i.e absences, workload, etc.)

? Understands the basic principles, practices and techniques to automate office processes.

? Proposes improvements to increase efficiency and advances the overall quality of strategic thinking in all areas.

? Acts as the team proponent for MG2's high quality standards.
