Report to: Finance Manager/Office Head

Responsibility：

Finance 财务

· Assist in dealing with daily bank cash receipt and payment.

· Check the employee’s expenditures according to internal control policies;

· Pay the reimbursements as well as internal and 3rd party purchase in time;

· Responsible for daily management on banks

· Gather the bank receipts and issue cheques;

· keep good communication with bank officials;

· other cash and bank related issues

· other related tasks


Administration 行政：

· Screen telephone calls, and take messages promptly and professionally; interface with visitors in professional and friendly manner

· Take charge of hotel reservation, travel ticket booking;

· Office maintenance such as office supplies and postage;

· Other job assigned by Office Head.


Requirement:

· College degree with major of accounting and secretary is preferred;

· At least one year experience of cashier and familiar with e-bank;

· Certificate of Accounting

· Good read and written in English;

· Familiar with Micro office; Excel, Word, Powerpoint/

· Be able to work independently and accountably, willing to learn, focus on the details and other personalities such as integrity, professional ethics, good communication.

Familiar with Ufida U8（用友U8）is a plus.
