职位描述
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Function—
Work with the Regional Business Development Leader of the Shanghai office and support the Market Leaders as appropriate in the firm’s initiatives in China. Generate new projects by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and/or new clients and consultants.
Standards of Performance
1. Responsible for the firm’s business development efforts and supporting the strategic efforts of the Regional BD Leader.
2. Expands network, management, and professional capabilities through membership and participation in professional organizations as identified and approved by the Regional BD Leader.
3. Responsible for proactively providing business development progress reports on a weekly basis to BD Leader.
4. Demonstrate the core values of the firm and in every instance provide the highest level of service to MulvannyG2’s internal and external clients.
5. Coordinates all BD Activities with BD Leader.
6. Works closely with architectural team and management.
Requirements
1. Architectural Industry experience strongly preferred
2. 8 + year experience
3. Possess strong Mandarin and English communication (presentation and writing) and interpersonal skills.
