岗位职责：
1.负责教学部教学工作的协调安排及专兼职教师的招聘与管理；
Responsible for the internal work arrangement and coordination
2.通过定期检查，对现有教师的教学质量进行考核和评估，并定期组织教师培训活动提升老师教学能力及素养；
Evaluate the teachers on teaching ability, and organize the training seminar for enhancement
3.与中心主任一起就学生需求，满意度反馈，设计并开展教学活动，提升教学质量；
Develop the education activities with the center managers according to students needs and satisfaction survey
4.组织教师团队对现有课程和教材进行开发和更新;
Organize the teachers to update and develop the curriculumn


任职要求：
1.英语专业或对外汉语专业，本科以上学历，英语至少cet-6以上
2.具有5年以上英语教学经验，其中至少2年以上管理经验
