工作概要：
向客户总监报告，能够理解市场营销策略，并能独立执行策划方案。要在团队中扮演关键的角色，能为服务的品牌提供有价值的建议，并具有管理才能。

工作职责描述：
1.与客户、创意部及制作部门探讨方案和创意点子；
2.热诚与客户沟通，并与客户保持良好关系；
3.处理预算事宜，具有良好的成本控制与财务意识；
4.负责项目的跟进，监控并保证工作项目的时间进度；
5.指导AE团队日常的客户服务工作及其他事项；
6.3 - 4年以上医学传播广告公司优先。

知识要求：
对于平面广告和TVC的创意和产品有自己的见解；
能力要求：
具备一定的提案能力，并能为创意提供清楚的策略；
良好的管理能力，协调能力；
特殊技能：
优秀的中英文表达能力，普通话流畅；
个性品质：
自我激励，团队合作，能够承受压力。

Job Summary:
Reporting to Account Director, you will need to understand marketing communication plan and be able to develop implementation plan independently .A good candidate will be able to play a key role in the team by offering valuable suggestions to your served brand, demonstrate excellent job management skill in day to day work.

Duty and Responsibility:
1.Negotiate the brief and discuss creative ideas with client, creative, or production departments;
2.Keep good communication and relationship with client’s team;
3.Handle budgeting matters and have good cost control and financial consciousness;
4. Responsible for project followed up, monitoring and guarantee the time schedule of the project;
5. Coach AE in regular account service and other internal issues.
6.3-4 year experience in marketing sector of haelthcare related industry or communication agency
is prefered.

Knowledge:
Solid discipline on both print and TVC creative and production
Capability:
Have certain proposal ability and can provide clear planning for creative;
Good integrated ability to manage/coordinate different parties as a brand guidance;
Special Skills:
Excellent written and oral English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin
Personality Quality:
Highly self motivated, good teamwork, be able to work under pressure
