Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain good relationship with showroom office clients and agency firms.
2. Negotiate with potential clients to implement leasing strategy and attend to tenancy related matters.
3. Market research and reports.
4. Handle lease documentation
5. Prepare rental budgets and cash flow report
6. Other assignment related to showroom office leasing.


Requirements:

1. Familiar with leasing procedure of office. Must be proficient with lease documentation and familar with the laws and regulations on contracts.
2. Sound knowledge of real estate industry and shanghai market.
3. Process strong negotitaion skills.
4. Resourceful,independent and self-motivated. Process strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a team player.
5. Have good contracts with office tenants, agency and brokers in the market.
6. Experience in well organizing and managing mass communication and coordination.
7. Good level of skill in use of computer application, especially PPT,Excel.
