Position: Sales Engineer

Report to: Sales Manager

Location: Shanghai/Chongqi, China

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

1) Develop and implement the sales plan, collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making;

2) Develop new customers and keep the existing customers, grow up new business opportunities from both the existing and potential customers;

3) Internal coordination on quoting, sampling, order tracking, customer service, delivery, etc.

4) Assist account manager to manage and control the sales activities;

5) Support account manager to attain the planned volume;

Requirements

1) 25-35 years old, bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2) At least 2 years working experiences in Multinational company;

3) At least 2 years sales experience in fasteners (screw, insert for plastic, bolt, nut) for IT industrial (mobile phone, laptop, LCD etc) or automotive parts industry;

4) Good presentation skills, and good listening skills;

5) Work with great passion and can travel frequently;

6) Honest, open-minded, responsible and integrity;

7) Strong team work spirit, self-motivated, result oriented;

8) CET-4 or equivalent;

9) Good command of PC knowledge, MS Office word/excel is a must.
