Primary Job Responsibilities
As part of the Platform Frameworks team, we pride in ourselves in our ability to conceptualize, develop and support a cutting-edge platform that powers the latest generation of ours applications. We will work closely with cross functional teams (Architects, Product Development, QA), using our technical knowledge to improve the functionality of the ours platform framework.
Job Requirements
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field is required. Master’s degree is preferred
？ 8+ years of progressive experience with platform development with exposure to as many of the following technologies:
？ Java and/or JVM based languages such as Scala
？ Web frameworks/technologies (JSP JSF)
？ Application servers (Geronimo Glassfish JBoss)
？ Scripting languages (JavaScript Python)
？ Contemporary and emerging platforms - Node.js Play
？ Multiple OS (Windows, Linux, Mac)
？ Eclipse
？ SCM systems - preferably Git
？ OSGI
？ Build management tools (Maven Ivy)
？ Excellent English communication skills with both non-technical designers and software engineers.
？ Ability to self-organize and work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision
？ Strong customer orientation
？ Good time management and be able to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities
