职位描述
岗位职责：
1.熟悉服装外贸订单进出口订单操作的整个流程；2.定期参加国内外专业展会接待开发新客户；
3.负责新老客户的接洽，能评估客户风险；
4.针对订单要求、付款条件、合作方式等方面懂得衡量公司效益，必要时与客户进行良好沟通；
5.在订单操作过程中，能够及时发现问题，妥善处理问题；
6.和客户之间、工厂各相关部门之间对于订单要求所产生难度进行评估，有效沟通解决；
7.跟进订单的打样、报价、订单确认、生产进度、货款安全回收、按时出货等各个业务环节流程；
8.维护老客户客户关系，对部门下属业务能力的培养和指导，争取每年业绩持续增长；
9.规划部门发展制定相应的市场销售政策；
任职要求：
5年以上服装纺织外贸工作经验，正规院校毕业，大专以上学历，英语6级以上；熟悉服装外贸出口业务各个环节流程，英语沟通能力强；积极进取，工作责任心强，能吃苦，具备良好的人家沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
