需求描述：
1)建筑照明设计，建筑设计，城市规划，环境景观，室内设计，工艺美术及舞台照明设计等相关专业毕业
2)5年以上的照明设计经验，并有带领设计团队完成照明设计项目的经验，且能与各方进行良好的沟通
3)热爱照明设计，有开阔的思维和创造力，较强的学习能力，逻辑性强，良好的团队精神
4)较好的对建筑和项目的理解能力，掌握现有照明技术的应用并不断的更新，了解国内外各种照明设备产品
5)熟练操作 Auto CAD，AutoCAD Revit, Photoshop, Dialux 等相关设计类软件
6)良好的英语听说读写能力熟练者优先
Requirements Description:
1)Architectural lighting design, architectural design, urban planning, landscape design, interior design, Arts and stage lighting design and other related subjects
2)Above 5 years lighting design experience, have experience of leading design team to complete project, and have good communication ability with all parts
3)Passionate for the lighting design, with open mind and creativity, strong learning ability, strong logical ability, good team work spirit
4)Well understanding about architecture and project, to master the application of existing lighting technology and continuously update, familiar with variety of local and international lighting products
5)Good at Auto CAD, Photoshop, Dialux, and other related design software
6)Good written and spoken English is preferred

主要工作内容:
1)前期和建筑师及业主的沟通，理解项目设计方向
2)带领设计团队完成照明方案的概念设计及创意
3)向客户做方案的汇报
4)解决项目中遇到的问题，并和其他顾问公司协调及沟通
5)合理有效的利用各种设计素材，获得照明厂商的支持，带领团队完成照明设计的全阶段
6)参与项目竣工后的验收及调试
Main tasks:
1)Understand the direction of the project design through early stage communication with architect and owner
2)Lead the design team to create design concept for the lighting solution
3)Present the design scheme to client
4)Solve the problems encountered in the project, actively communicate and coordinate with other consultancy company
5)Reasonably and effectively take advantage of the design resources and the support from lighting manufacturers, lead the design team to achieve the lighting design success
6)Take part in the final phase of project review, fixture adjusting and aiming

Ray was one of the pioneers who lead the way in the specialization of architectural lighting design as a profession. Lee Waldron, with a background in theatre, film and television lighting, joined Ray in 1976 and helped to foster a public appreciation of good lighting design.Grenald Waldron Lighting was found in Philadelphia in 1994.
