职责：
Responsibility:

1. 对项目进行技术支持，产品开发，样品跟进等。
Support the project technically, including prepare drawings, products development, sample follow up etc.

2. 为项目提供设计方案或在客人设计草图（构思）的基础上，深化优化生产方案，包括绘制三维示意图及生产用技术图纸。
Develop design solutions together with- or based on customers draft/briefing and prepare these for optimal manufacturing, including making visualizations and technical production drawings.

3. 搜寻产品和合适的供应商，参与核价，报价及价格谈判
Source products and suitable suppliers, check and negotiate price, terms and conditions.

4. 管控供应商样品的开发进程，以及客户样品确认进程。
Control the sample development process with suppliers and approval process with customers.


要求：
Qualifications:

1. 大专以上学历，家具设计,工业设计,室内设计或建筑设计背景优先
College education and above, furniture design, industrial product design, interior design or architecture is preferred.

2. 三年以上家具或杂货礼品类产品生产经验
More than 3 years of experience of furniture or miscellaneous/ gift products.

3. 熟练掌握CAD制图和3DMax 3维效果图绘制及office办公软件。
Professional skill of CAD and 3DMax plus other office software.

4. 熟悉技术，材料及单价 (木，铁，玻璃，压克力, 塑料，纸，灯具等)，表面处理，生产流程。
Be familiar with technology, material, unit price (wood, metal, glass, acrylic, plastic, paper, and light etc.), surface treatment, and production procedure.

5. 有较强的工厂控制力，协调能力及谈判能力
Be strong at factory control, coordinating and negotiation.

6. 具备一定的外贸知识更佳
Be familiar with International Trading is a plus.

7. 能适应出差和较大的工作压力，能系统有效地安排工作
Be able to work under pressure and arrange job systematically.

8. 英文沟通能力良好。
Be good at English communication.

9. 忠诚，诚实，值得信赖，工作努力，有纪律，有组织性，态度积极。
Loyal, honest, trust worthy, hard working, well-organized, disciplined, and with a positive mind.
