职位描述
工作职责:
1. 根据部门的指标制定/调整公司在中国的产品/服务的销售计划,指挥销售预测活动并相应的执行绩效目标。
2. 管理批发商,提高销售额并带动营业额,增强客户满意度(尤其是大客户)。与国外供应商的沟通,带领团队完成销售指标。具有商业意识,提高产品的市场份额。
3. 规划并控制部门预算分配,通过培训以及激励员工来达成公司目标。
4. 开发高性价比的宣传项目及推销策略给公司产品取得更多销售机会。监管部门销售日志来确保销售目标并且定期提供相应的管理报告
5. 与销售人员协调审查产品库存清单。跟踪库存,在正常情况以确保有足够的存货来满足市场需求及突发情况下补充库存来维持储备。
6. 仔细分析销售结果 ,市场趋势以及KPI绩效指标并于有关人讨论达成目标的责任
7. 担当主要联系人与总经理汇报区域销售主管下所有零售销售问题,并明确了解政府&国际商业法对于代理商销售及营销业绩的影响。
8. 建立销售团队并扩展中国市场
任职要求:
1. 制定销售战略&业务发展,执行,物流管理。
2. 有谈判技巧,供应商关系维护,编制部门预算,具备经济及市场分析能力。
3. 产品发布,设定销售目标,推动销售增长。
4. 建设产品分销网络,存货管理,风险预测。
5. 市场调查,竞争对手分析。
6. 人力资本管理及培训。
7. 有较强领导力,团队建设,问题解决能力,有分析思维以及沟通能力。
8. 熟练使用Outlook MS Office应用软件及互联网。
9. 精通口头及书面英语,6级以上水平。
Responsibilities:
1. Design/implement sales plan to accommodate department goals for company products/ services in China. Direct sales forecast activities and set performance goals accordingly.
2. Administer wholesalers to maintain high sales volume along with increased turnover and enhanced customer satisfaction, particularly of high volume customers. Interface directly with manufacture and groups to achieve sales goals, increasing market segment business awareness.
3. Formulate and control budgetary allocations for the department, establish/ meet company objectives through training and motivation of employees.
4. Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for company products to acquire major sales opportunities. Monitor daily logs to verify sales on a regular basis and providing management reports pertaining to the same.
5. Oversee product inventory in coordination with sales/marketing personnel. Track inventory to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand and meet abnormal demand situations by ordering for replenishment stocks as well as maintain safety stocks.
6. Scrutinize sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPI’s) and confer with representatives accountable for achieving targets.
7. Act as primary contact with General Manager – Regional Sales Head for all retail sales issues and keep abreast of government & international commercial laws to ascertain their effect on agency’s sales & marketing performance.
