Quality Engineering Supervisor - Customer Quality

Location: Anting, Shanghai

1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

• It is responsible for establishing/maintaining a stable process/customer quality control system, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Quality Engineering Supervisor should establish annual quality targets and review the performance frequently for continuous quality improvement and participate in new project launch management and monitor APQP & PPAP process.
• This position also leads quality group and perform continuous improvement activity by pulling together best practice and processes. She/he is in charge of standardizing the process quality control as well as customer quality service.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Establish eQOS target for internal and external quality, review the internal and external quality and ensure the quality performance reaches the target;
• Establish and maintain 11 color quality system in all production lines and ensure a stable process quality control.
• Quick response to problem solving which occurs in customer or internal processes following QRCM procedure and 8D to meet customer’s requirement.
• Focus on the process quality improvement through quality data analysis, team work of problem solving and regular quality audits.
• Improve lab management and MSA implement.
• Organize and conduct process and product audits, LPA, ESD audit and G54 audit;
• Lead team to successfully pass any customer audit and TRW internal audit, like AQP, Core Manufacture and PMA audit.
• Participate in new project launch and ensure PPAP submission on time.
• Lead a team of PQE, CQE, PQT and CQT, and establish standardize quality strategy
• Focus on people in the team and set up a good working environment.

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Knowledge of quality standards such as TS16949 or VDA.
• Familiar with TS 16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, GD&T, Q1 etc.
• Solid leadership skills
• Strong at driving activities for good result

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience: - Minimum 5 years experience in an mechanical industrial environment, preferably quality control in automotive industry.
• Familiar with quality standard.
