Title: HR Specialist - Training & ER
Location: Jiading, Shanghai
1.OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
- This position administers a variety of people training and developing programs to improve the knowledge and skills critical to effective performance and leadership, also taking responsibilities to improve/enhance the employee relationship in Manufacturing sites.
2.RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Development
- Collect training needs by talk, questionnaire, EPDP feedback, analyze and propose appropriate training program based on the whole business demands, dept goals, individual position requirements on duties & goals, employee competency and other necessary elements;
- Source proper training vendor, control within budget, draft yearly training plan with strong justification for upper level review and approval including HR Manager, Plant manager, AP HR.
- 100% enrollment for all new employees’ orientation & OJT training upon TS16949 requirements
- Execute and follow training plan, report to plant management team and AP according to training procedures;
- Coordinate the training implementation, including overseas training, domestic (public or in-house workshop on registration, payment, recording, assessment etc.
- Provide support to functional head in designing employee development program on the basis of competency gap assessment so as to retain the key performers
- Follow up the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of the training program, training document filing
- Act as an internal trainer to deliver courses to relative dept/participants;
- Improve and develop new opportunities for people learning, guarantee feasible and executable, e.g. Bi-weekly Forum, e-Library, Sharing, Monthly Newsletter, Lesson Learn etc.
- Update Skill Matrix through communication with department head, identify skill gaps to develop following action plan to improve e.g. Training;
- Update “Succession Plan” as request, follow up the action plan, to retain and develop key talent
Employee Relationship
- Build and maintain internal coomunication channels, plan and organize activities to ensure the harmonious employee relationships;
- Analyze and give consulting service when new or updated government and corporate policyies are made; Assist to make HR related policies and regulations;
- Performs employee relation program & procedure, including Mini-ECI survey & engagement meeting, action plan implementation timely & effectively
- Deal with employee relationship issues, such as conflicts.
- Ensure employee exit process implementation smoothly, conduct exit interview for resigned employee, and provide employee morale / feedback to line managers.
- Guidance on employee retention and consultation on employee career development.
3.KEY COMPETENCIES

- Independent & initiative at thinking & learning, quick adapting to new environment;
- Fast in execution, deliver expected results with good follow & reporting sense;
- Good presentation and delivery skills
- Good teamwork, open minded, proper communication with different people;
- Express orally in English smoothly and clearly, good at English/Mandarin writing;
- Family with HR system and solid PC skills, e.g. Excel, PPT.
4.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Educational: Bachelor degree
- Experience: More than 2 years training implementation and delivery experiences in Manufacture plants;
- Well knowledge about training market and tools, methodology, philosophy, demonstrated understanding at training evaluation & assessment
