Job responsibility description:

1) Be responsible for Safety operation in HSOR production line.

2) Keep the high 5S standard to create a Safe working environment.

3) Comply with Company quality standard, follow ISO9001, TS16949 Quality system, make sure zero defect for HSOR products through SPC.

4) Focus on customer service to make sure on time delivery (OTD).

5) Implement Lean production, eliminate all the no value added process.

6) Implement TPM in the production area, make sure high OEE.

7) Optimize the production process to be high efficiency and more flexible production.

8) Continuous Improvement for production, process, quality control, etc.

9) Cost reduction through all kinds of manufacture excellence projects.

10) People development including motivation, team building, training, coaching, multi-skill training, co-operations, etc.

11) Assure Business Unit compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, especially safety and Environmental from Group and Local government.

Requirement

1) Minimum college Degree, and special subject in chemical or chemical engineering

2) Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, and 3 years experience in Production management. preferably in engineering plastic processing or similar of industry;

3) Rich Experience in production planning, TPM and people development;

4) Familiar with quality control theory, and experience in quality control tool;

5) Be proficient with personal computer in all aspects of MS office and ERP systems.

6) Possess excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, excellent leadership skills and drive for performance.

7) Basic English in Listening, Spoken, Reading and Written;
