职位描述：
1、熟悉设计类软件，能组织项目设计创意及执行；
2、有敏锐的市场洞察力，人际交往能力、具备相当的谈判技巧，富有创新精神；
3、综合分析能力强，具备先进的管理理念、战略观念，有事业心，责任感强，有良好的合作精神；
4、性格外向，富有激情，对各媒体广告熟悉及市场策划能力；
5、具备团队管理经验，可有效管理团队，建设团队；
6、具备较强的销售理念、数据分析能力；有从业经验者优先。
职位要求：
1、专科以上学历，市场营销相关专业，有连锁企业相关工作经验及同等职位3年以上工作经验；
2、具备优秀的广告策划，市场分析及媒体公关能力，能够独立组织市场推广工作；

薪资待遇：
