岗位概要: Key Responsibilities

1、按照公司制定的销售策略和计划完成个人销售任务；
Achieve allocated individual performance targets.
2、主动积极地开发新客户，做好客户关系管理和维护；
Identify and acquire potential high value customers with strong willingness to invest, evaluate customer needs accurately and efficiently, maintain relationships with customer.
3、按时参加公司举办的各种培训及公司的会议；
Participate in the trainings and meetings of the company.
4、熟悉和精通公司理财业务和相关产品知识，做好服务和产品的推介和促销；
Be familiar and proficient in company products, supporting marketing promotions.
5、运用专业理财知识和销售技能为客户提供科学的财富策划和理财顾问服务；
Provide financial planning advices to customers by delivering proper asset allocation, standard assessment and other effective financial tools to meet their needs.
6、建立客户信息资料库，并严格履行保密义务；
Establish the customer information database, and perform confidential obligations strictly.
7、及时调查分析市场动态，向公司提供市场和行业情报；
Keep updated on the events and news of the industry.
8、每日保证一定量的电话拜访（每天不少于50人次）；
Keep at least 50 cold call per day.
9、通过参加各项投资理财活动，拓展商机，开发渠道；
Participate in various investment activities to explore business opportunities and develop channels.
10、完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other related jobs.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

1、性格外向，善于沟通，亲和力强；
Outgoing personality, good at communication, good affinity;
2、学习能力强，抗压能力强，团队意识强；
Good learning ability, can work under pressure, good sense of team-work;
3、为人诚信，具有创业精神；
Honest & Enterprising;
4、志向远大，具有雄心壮志；
Strong ambitious;
5、社会资源广泛；
Abundant social resources;
6、保险持牌人及CFA、CFP持牌人优先考虑；
Insurance licensees/CFA or CFP holders are preferred;
7、大专以上学历，英语熟练。
