任职资格：
1)电子商务、传媒、营销等相关专业学历， 2年以上电商运营经验；
2)熟悉B2B、B2C及互联网行业各种形态的运营模式，熟悉国内知名电子商务平台运作流程，对互联网和电子商务发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力、创新意识及良好的分析判断能力，有清晰的电子商务项目运营思路，能针对不同业务阶段制定有效的运营策略；
3)对各种网页制作工具和方法较为熟悉，有一定的制作能力，熟悉photoshop、Flash、Dreamweaver、PPT、Word、PDF等软件；
4)熟悉电子商务网络营销、网络推广渠道和方式，精通电子商务运作及网络销售各流程；有较强的网站活动策划和执行能力、数据分析能力与解决问题的能力，策划及沟通能力强，能够独立策划相关推广活动；
5)有团队合作精神和领导能力，性格开朗，责任心强，为人诚信正直，有耐心。
6)喜爱电子商务工作，有敬业精神，具备较强的服务意识和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，有较强的市场意识，能够充分理解用户需求，抗压能力强，做事认真、细致，具有高度的责任心，能够适应高效率的工作环境。
任职要求：
1、有从事一年以上的天猫或者C店店铺等电商运营及管理经验，能够独立开展工作，工作务实努力；
2、熟悉淘宝网店运营，能熟练使用淘宝7大营销工具(直通车/淘客/淘江湖/卖霸/钻石展位/焦点图/店铺街)的经验来提升店铺流量；
