Responsibilities:

• Produce periodic reporting
• Assisting in Forecasting and Budgeting
• Analysis of monthly results as directed by supervisor
• Working with regional finance analyst and corporate MIS teams to understand issues and recommend appropriate actions
• Involvement in systems development
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Daily Work:

• Prepare adjustment journal for managerial reporting and reconciliation between G/L and MIS to ensure the appropriate practice
• Prepare monthly KPI report and support supervisor to do analysis and commentary
• Work in liaison with the department heads to prepare budget and forecast, and consolidate an overview of the financial
• status of all the operations.
• Work closely with team members and regional MIS to provide support and ensure work efficiency and quality of information
• Support the UAT of BI system and confirm the correctness of number in dashboard on monthly basis
• Prepare ad hoc analysis or any special assignment according to supervisor's request

Requirements:

• Education：Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Work Experience：3+ years experience ; Financial Planning and Analysis is a plus
• Knowledge：Financial and operational analysis; Budgeting and forecasting
• Skill：Advance Microsoft excel skill
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision
• Ability to build relationships across the business, work with non-finance staff and
• communicate financial results and concepts effectively
• Functional Competency：Deliver financial and analytical support to top managements through effective and supportive communication, relevant reports and budgeting
