职位描述
- Based in Shanghai as local staff to handle Japanese clients, reporting to Regional Account Dir.
- Service scope will be varied, covering brand strategy, ATL, BTL, digital incl. social media.
Requirements:
1. Native in Japanese and fluent in English (or in Chinese)
2. Considering team structure, 10 years+ industry experience is preferable.
3. The one who see agency as a brand builder, instead of service provider only to deliver what client requests.
4. The one who can take care of Japanese clients while understanding the way of global agency.
5. Familiar with international business environment, unbashed, good in communication with client and local staff.
6. Rich experience as agency AM to lead whole team and manage projects.
7. Having potential to be a business leader of big JP clients in JWT SH in near future.
