- For our Industry Sector in Shanghai,we are looking for a Commercial Officier 商务专员.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Service Order Quotation Preparation ( incl.Business Solution Proposal, Offer Preparation, and Contract Negotiation)

2. Service Order Controlling to make sure Orders are cost meet target

3. EBIT proposal, Calculation, and controlling

4. Order Status Reporting and Forecast ( internal, external )

5. Spare Part Pricing Proposal

6. Other Internal and External Reporting by demands

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. SAP SO and CS Module

2. English language in writing and oral

3. Order Processing

4. controlling and cost calculation knowledge

5. PLM knowledge (AS/MC/SD)

What else do I need to know?

- Knowledge of Business Admin, Controlling, Financial, Contract Law or Logistic knowledge;

- Good Communication Skill

- Good English Skill in writing, listening and oral

- Good SAP Knowledge

- More than 2 years Customer Service, Commercial, Order Processing, and Business Administration Function is preferred
