- Within the establishment of the Infrastructure and Cities Sector in Siemens, communication will play even more crucial role for the success of business. To communicate the right content to target groups including media, customers, prospects, analysts as well as employees are of great importance in our daily work. This is the key to the organization’s growth. The communications team will also grow with the business growth. Siemens IC sector KSF Marcom team has an opening for a sr. Public Relations specialist in SHA.
What are my responsibilities ?
- Being a key player of the Siemens China Infrastructure and Cities Sector Communications Department; assisting the department head to plan, develop and implement PR strategies
- Planning message and drafting speeches for management, with good sense of understanding tone from the top, for external audience and internal employee
- Researching, drafting and distributing press releases to targeted media
- Liaising with and answering enquiries from media and arranging interview for management
- Developing and maintaining effective relationship with media
- Coordinating and organizing press conference, media round table, media visit and other press activities
- Coordinating and organizing key internal and external events / fairs
What do I need qualify for this job ?
- Bachelor degree or above in English; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- At least 3 - 5 years' relevant working experience in PR field or media field
- Profound PR knowledge with good sensibility and good event management experience
- Ability to be creative, and good cross function collaboration skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with tight schedules

- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
