- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Commercial Officer & RIC Coordinator 商务专员&内控协调专员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Make bidding documents —— bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations, and negotiate with customer referring to Siemens sales conditions. —— get the bid

- Execute the project —— feed back customer information in time during the process of project and ensure the payment collection—— fulfill the contract

- Implementation and advancement of effective RIC team within own area of responsibility

- Monitoring on policy implementation, risk assessemnt

- Report and operation in RIC Tool"

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Understands how to guide individuals and teams; knows and is able to apply strategy development process and tools; knows what to communicate, when, to whom and how

- Knows and is able to apply specific risk assessment methodology

- Knows and understands circulars, policies and regulations; is able to interpret and convey circulars, policies and regulations to specific business environments and situations in order to facilitate management comprehension and measure deduction

- College

- be familiar with contract law, negotiation skill and project management

- use skillfully MS Word、Excel

- have ability of flexibility, communication, teamwork and English reading and writing

- be willing to go on business trip any time

What else do I need to know?

- University / Bachelor degree

- "Professional experience for a minimum of 3 years in operational business function"

- related experience in project execution

- Functional leadership for a minimum of 1 year
