- From our Building Technologies entity, Siemens are looking to recruit experienced project procurement. This role is required to have the following responsibility.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Undertake supplier management to acquire the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain for all projects for south region;

2. Price negotiation and contract preparation for 3rd party materials and subcontractors for projects;

3. Ensure compliant purchase behavior and escalate detected compliance risks;

4. Data maintain to ensure the vendor master and material master in SAP is clear and correct;

5. Purchase Requisition support to related department；

6. Early involve in bidding phase of project to get the competitive price for projects;

7. Archive Purchase contract and vendor documents orderly;

8. Method, Process and System support;

9. Support project managers to solve the urgent purchase and customer complain related to 3rd suppliers;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor or above;

2. At least 5 years of experience in purchasing functions, experience in project purchase is preferred;

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.

What else do I need to know?

1. Excellent Negotiation Skills;

2. Fluent oral and written English
