Job Description 职位描述

• Support sales team for bidding project risk review and contract review.

在招标项目风险评估, 合同审核方面协助销售人员

• To be a person leading project team from appointment to project completion.

带领项目团队全程跟踪项目直至完成

• Close communication with customer and internal departments to keep project forwarding Smooth as the only interface for both commercial and technical.

作为公司商务和技术的协调人与客户及公司内部各部门保持良好沟通以保证项目顺利进行

• Regular project report and forecast of financial results, quality statistics input.

按时完成项目报告, 财务预算及质量统计

• Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources, and initiate corrective

action where necessary.

负责整个项目进程及资源分配, 必要时主动修正错误

• Responsible for project administration.

负责项目管理

• Establish and maintain all project related files and prepare project reports to Operation Manager including timesheet, labor sheet, materials sheet, cost follow-up etc.

建立和维护完善的项目档案, 并向营运经理提供项目报告, 包括工时单, 人工, 材料清单, 成本等.

• Keep good relationships with customers and manage customer expectation successfully.

与客户保持良好关系, 并达到客户期望.

• Support to sales and services management in review of opportunities, creating solution proposals and project documentation, project plan and estimates.

协助销售部门审核新项目, 准备项目方案和项目文件

• Work with Finance Dept. to analyze, record and control the costs for each ongoing project and review after projects with all parties for cost reduction.

协助财务部门对当前项目进行项目费用分析, 记录和成本控制, 对已完成项目进行项目审核.
