职位描述
The Activities:
1. Lead project identification and prioritization process, define the project scope for GB projects
2. Report financial / operational matrices to controller / six sigma manager for own & green belts six sigma projects, track project performance on regular basis
3. Deliver 2-3 six sigma black belt projects per year
4. Communicate six sigma throughout the organization, e.g., in programs and meetings, project status display at process location i.e. channel/sales office
5. Be responsible for driving various six sigma tools like zero loss, MSA, TPM and some other Lean tools etc. in the organization
Job Requirements:
1. Education:
1.1 Degree or above in engineering or equivalent
1.2 University level education preferred
2. Knowledge and Skills:
2.1 Basic statistical knowledge
2.2 High energy & drive, self-starter and motivator, open minded
2.3 Good team leading skills and facilitation skills
2.4 Solid analytical skills (demonstrated in his job)
2.5 Be innovative through collaboration and systematic thinking
2.6 Be able to manage projects and multi-tasks
2.7 Structured problem solving approach like 5QC Tools/FADE/Zero Defects etc
2.8 Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
2.9 Able to influence people without authority
2.10 Good computer skills
2.11 Fluent in both written & spoken English
3. Specific Experience
3.1 Minimum 3 years’ experience in specific function
3.2 Proven track record of leading/working in teams and being a change agent
3.3 Lean project / activity facilitation experiences will be a plus
4. Qualification Process in SKF
4.1 Trained and certified six sigma black belt by a recognized/qualified certification agent or reputed company + completion of 1 project in SKF
4.2 Participate in 4 week SKF black belt training + pass examination + completion of 2 projects
