职位描述：
1. 在投标中制定设计方案，包括技术文件、材料清单和非标准细节图；
2. 制定细节性的项目设计方案，交付项目管理团队或客户所有要求的图纸；
3. 服从主管的领导和公司的规章制度；
4. 与市场部协作，制定特殊设计方案或图纸方案。

Requirements:
1. Bachlor degree or above in architecture,interior decoration design;
2. Minimum 3years working experience in related industry (esp.office);
3. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility;
4. Mobility and willingness to travel;
5. Flawless and systematic performance;
6. Strong organization skills and time management capabilities;
7. Ability to cooperate with other services and departments of the company;
8. Comprehending technical issues quickly and ability to discuss technical details;
9. Experience in the construction industry;
10. Proven track-record in product design;
11. Ability to use CAD,PS,3D-MAX proficiently.
Description:
1. Stablishment of design proposals for tendering in the sales phase of a project, including arranging the technical documentation, preparation of material break-downs and non-standard detail drawings;
2. Working out the detailed project design for projects in the order phase. Hand-over of all required drawings to the project management team and/or the external customer;
3. Compliance with internal regulations and instructions of his/her superior.
4. Cooperation with Marketing department for special designs and standard drawings.
