Breif description of Minimum Qulifications:

1. 大专及以上学历，电气自动化或机械制造及自动化相关专业，5年以上设备维护或机床售后服务工作经验，熟悉数控系统/PLC/驱动系统，有机床设计和调试经验者优先；
Junior college and above, major of Electric automation or Mechanic Manufacturing and Automation, Over 5 years working experience of service or maintanance about machine tools, Be familiar with NC/PLC/Driver, Knowledge of commission or design about machine tools is preferential;

2. 良好的英文听说读写及沟通能力；
Good English skill in written and speaking, good communication skill;

3. 能够经常出差并承受压力；
Willing frequent travelling and shoulder pressure;

4. 良好的团队合作精神；
Good teamwork spirits


Breif Description of Job Duties:

1. 提供机床电气系统迅捷优质的现场服务，包括现场问题排查，安装及调试等；
Provide prompt and excellent field service of machine tools electric system, incl. on-site troubleshooting, installation, commissioning etc.;

2. 独立现场调查，分析产品及设备故障原因；
Investigate and analyze cause product and equipment problems independently on-site;

3. 提供热线服务，解答客户技术服务咨询；
Maintain service hotline to provide customer technical consulting;

4. 提供系统及完善的产品及服务培训，以及服务资料的编写；
Provide systematic and experienced product and service training, edit service documents;

5. 提供改造方案及技术支持.
Provide retrofit solution and technical support.
