PARTICULARS OF THE JOB

1 与内部审计经理商定工作计划和详细的审计程序；

To agree on work plans and detailed audit program with the Internal Audit Manager;

2 评估现有的程序或管理层的实务，并实施控制测试以评估内部控制系统的有效性；

To evaluate the existing procedures or management practices, and perform test of controls to assess the effectiveness of internal control system;

3 确定发现的差异或缺陷所导致的实际或潜在的影响；

To define the actual or potential impact associated with the observed deviations/weaknesses;

4 确定特定问题的根源，并提出可实施的建议以消除根源和潜在的影响；

To identify the root cause of specific problems, present practical recommendations to eliminate the root cause and the potential related effect;

5 充分记录所实施的工作、获得的结果及达成的结论；

To adquately document work performed, results obtained and conclusions reached;

6 定期、及时的与内部审计经理检阅工作计划的进程；

To review progress on work plan with the Internal Audit Manager on a regular and timely basis;

7 向内部审计经理介绍并讨论审计发现及建议，并协助获得对此负责的管理层对必须采取的行动的赞同；

To present and discuss audit findings and recommendations with the Internal Audit Manager and assist in obtaining responsible management’s concurrence for needed actions;

8 在内部审计经理的指示下，协助监督按计划实施审计建议的进程；

At the direction of the Internal Audit Manager, to assist in the follow-up regarding the scheduled implementation of recommendations;

9 处理其他内部审计经理分配的有关工作。

To deal with other related work as assigned by the Internal Audit Manager.

所需教育水平与技能:

EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED

1 会计、财务或相关专业大学本科；

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines;

2 在较大的公司担任内部审计工作或在四大会计师事务所之一担任审计工作并具有三年相关经验；

3 years experiences in internal audit with a major company or in audit with a BIG 4 accounting firm;

3 非常熟练掌握英语作为工作语言；

Excellent command of English as a working langauge;

4 成熟稳重、良好的沟通和人际关系能力、团队合作精神；

Mature and prudent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and teamplayer;

5 熟悉国际会计准则、中国会计准则和香港上市规则。

Familiar with the IFRS, PRC GAAP and Hong Kong Listing Rules.
