Responsibilities:

· Operative Tasks

1. Advising OEM customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range, with specialized support from an OPS or specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support).

2. Analyzing and coordinating technical requirements for scheduled customer projects (e.g. design, complex applications, maintenance, replacement, etc.) including on-site review for the customer if necessary.

3. Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders, taking into account the MR scope of delivery. Early review of technical feasibility and cost effectiveness of customer-specific special designs through initialization of relevant processes (K0).

考虑到MR的交货范围，对客户在报价及合同上的特殊需求，做出具体阐述说明. 根据相关步骤尽早做出技术可行性方案及客户特殊设计的成本效益评估.

4. Cooperation with ASM in regard to the commercial clarification of offers and orders

与ASM协调澄清订单商务条款。

5. Compiling, analyzing (technically and commercially) and sending offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts and services for designated OEM customers. In regard to services, the OPP is authorized to set prices in regard to individual orders up to specified limits or reporting lines.

为OEM客户编制、分析（技术和商业性），发送产品、部件、零件的报价及合同确认。关于服务，OPP有权就个人订单到特殊限制或汇报线进行定价.

6. Entering customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning. Coordinating, scheduling and monitoring of progress during processing / implementation.

为了内部处理，计划，协调，安排时间和监管进度，进入客户订单和服务

7. Assisting with and monitoring delivery and invoicing.

协助跟进交货、开票等事宜。

8. Providing technical support and after-sales services to designated OEMs. Processing of complaints and disruptions, including problem assessment, implementation of necessary actions, follow-up and correspondence with technical support from an OPS or specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support).

· Additional Tasks

9. Technical support (substantive processing, system support) for an OPS.

为OPS提供技术性支持

10. Assisting with and carrying out simple to complex technological projects depending on experience and skills (e.g. phase shifter).

11. Assisting with and / or managing internal and intra-divisional projects.

12. Technical analysis of offers and order confirmations in OPP area

13. Technical support for an ASM - support with customers onsite where necessary

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree of Electric Power Systems or Electrical Engineering related; or at least 5-years of related work experience in power industry of design, technical support related;

本科以上电力系统或电气工程类相关专业；或5年以上相关行业电气设计、技术支持类工作经验；

2. Experience in energy technology and owning Basic knowledge of the machine construction industry

拥有能源工程学经验和机械制造业的基本知识；

3. Excellent spoken and written in both English and Chinese.

良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力；

4. Understanding of processes and (ERP, i.e. SAP) systems
了解相关系统操作（ERP 例如： SAP）;
