Job Description:
- To develop the denim/non-denim items and ensure the smooth running of orders both in terms of merchandising follow-up and quality/technical requirements
- To negotiate the best conditions - price, quality, deadline...
- To build and maintain solid working relationship and communication flow with all key vendors, HO, connected offices and all other supply chain partners
- To source new suppliers, ensure the respect of our ethical values and quality standards by all suppliers
- To report to Merchandising Manager on a weekly basis
- Be assigned on specific missions as required by Merchandising Manager

Requirements:
- Major in Textile/Apparel from University preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience as a merchandiser for ladies fashion styles: denim and other items
- Offshore suppliers management experience is a plus
- Strong technical expertise in Garment & Fashion industry
- High ethical values and work standards
- Excellent team player - able to work under pressure - Organised & Rigourous
- Strong communication with overseas buyers & factories
- Excellent spoken and written English required
