Job Duties:

• Formulate the business planning and execute the brand strategies and programs to maximize business growth and brand equity
• Undertake market and business analysis to understand the competition landscape
• Formulate, communicate and implement the merchandising plan covering the product mix, marketing and distribution to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand value preposition
• Direct the advertising, promotion and marketing campaigns effectively to achieve maximum returns
• Ensure the retail presentation including site selection, shop design and visual merchandising to align with the corporate guidelines
• Oversee the management of the retail stores operation in the areas of profitability, recruitment, training and inventory control

Requirements:

• University graduate in business related disciplines
• Possess 8-10 years'solid experience with proven track record in fashion brand management with retail businesses in China
• With strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge in merchandise buying and retail management
• With excellent numerical and analytical skills
• With solid experience in fashion buying for high-end fashion is preferable
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
