Job Description:

1)Assist the manager to store, good communication between the managers and staff smoothly.
2)Staff training, staff to smooth the opening of the work.
3)Welcome and greet customers.Make all our customers feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.
4)Inform customers of specials and menu changes.
5)Answer questions about our food/beverages and other restaurant/boutique function and services.
6)In-depth understanding of the wine menu,grape varieties/wine specifics and menu pricing.
7)Maintain clean service ares.
8)Act as a manager when manager is not on duty.

Qualifications:

1)Be able to communicate and understand fluently in English and Chinese.
2)Must have a basic knowledge of dining room/bar and service procedures and functions.
3)Possess basic math skill and have the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
4)Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

上海安利胜餐饮管理有限公司成立于2005年。迄今为止， 在上海、北京两地已开设多家Enoterra西餐厅/红酒吧及红酒精品店。现因业务发展，急需招募多名西餐厅管理及服务人员，公司将提供：
1）舒适的工作环境，人性化的管理，不同文化的互动交流；

另一家公司是EnoGate，是由两家专门从事酒水饮料及食品进口的公司组成。两家公司分别拥有自主品牌的红酒、饮用矿泉水及其他食品饮料，已成功在中国大陆运营多年。
EnoGate is a partnership of two companies specialized in Food and Beverages import and distribution. Both represent exclusive brands of wine, mineral water and other beverages & foods to Mainland China for many years.
