岗位描述:
1、负责产品开发中的项目的启动、计划、执行、监控、收尾过程组的项目管理工作。
2、负责制定详细的项目工作计划及项目预算，并根据项目实施的实际情况，及时与客户和公司内各有关部门沟通、协调，按实际情况和进度要求，及时更新、调整工作计划，确保公司与客户之前的畅通交流，致力于客户满意等。
3、负责与客户保持联络，获取信息，确保项目按时通过客户认可程序。
4、负责处理产品开发过程中客户抱怨，提交整改报告，并跟踪实施情况。
5、负责与公司内各有关部门保持有效沟通，获取信息，确保项目按时通过公司内部审核。
6、负责定期向项目部经理汇报项目状况。
Job Description
1. Responsible for project Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing process during product development.
2. Responsible for making detailed project plan and budget. And coordinate customers and internal depts. According to the program exactly status, updated the plan and adjust working objects to ensure communication smooth and satisfy customers.
3.Keep in touch with customers to gained information. And ensure the programs can get customer approval per customer procedure on time.
4.Responsible for customer complaint and quality issue in product development period.
5.In charge of internal communicate with different depts. To gained information. And ensure programs can pass internal audit on time.
6.Reporting to project dept. manager the projects status regularly.

岗位要求:
1．车辆工程专业或工科专业背景，本科学历；
2．至少必须有二年以上汽车行业相关设计开发，质量管理或项目管理工作经验，PMP优先。
3．熟悉汽车行业PPAP、APQP流程。熟悉汽车行业质量体系QS9000/VDA or TS16949
4．精通MS office, project软件及CAD软件。
5．具有非常强团队合作能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，英语表达良好。
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical or vehicle engineering.
2.Minimum 2 years experience in new production development, quality management or project management in automotive industry. PMP is plus.
3.Familiar with automotive industry PPAP and APQP process. Knowledge of quality systems like QS9000/VDA or TS16949.
4.Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office, Project and CAD software.
5.Teamwork player, good communicational, organizational and problem solution skill; Good communication skills in English.
