Key Accountabilities

• To assist our vendor base through forums, factory visits and one on one support to implement EDI capability according to the vendor list assigned by the Project Manager;
• Provide daily support on all EDI enquiries from internal users or external parties;
• Provide advice and solutions to vendors during the Implementation Process;
• Provide updates on implementation status, risks and critical issues to Project Manager;
• Build and maintain effective working relationships and facilitate communication with internal/external teams;
• Update EDI conversion master list;
• Responsible for overall instock with focus on resupply lines
• Identify and react to key selling items/category trends for resupply lines
• Manage unit purchases based on sales plan and manage department stock flow with focus on resupply
• Action order amendment for resupply orders
• Manage supply chain/logistics relationship and maximise carton efficiency
• Work collaboratively with supplier/sourcing agent on quantification and delivery methods, forecast changes, focussing on resupply
• Monitor supplier delivery performance
• Manage store allocation process and new store stock flow by sales report analysis

Skills and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Business or Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge in EDI implementation
• Ability to communicate and maintain good relationships with external vendors
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A good team player with outgoing and positive personality
• Immediate available is preferred
