Job Description:
Public Relation & Special Event:
- Event related preparatory work: information searching, vendor sourcing, document translation, etc.
- Assistant Special event team member to communicate.
- Monitor the logistic progress.
- Event on-site assistance.
- Prepare project closing file.
Administrative:
- Prepare and, types reports, correspondences, power point files, POS according to Manager's instruction.
- Establish and maintain effective and smooth working relationships with other departments & stores.
Others:
- Coordinate and work closely with team member of Communication department to implement communication activities.
Profile:
- University degree or above
- 1 years above of Public Relation/Marketing experience in multinational retail prestige industry or professional Public Relation company.
- With fluent command of English in both oral & written, preferably with command of French as well.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
