Responsibilities/工作职责:
1) Supervises the billing team and coordinates billing functions of each process, including but not limited to, patient registration, pre-certificate of patients' insurance benefits, smooth and efficient billing and invoicing, clearing outstanding according to EOBs and reconciling the balances with insurance companies.
监督整个理赔部，管理病人登记、保险福利等，协调保险公司根据标准计算的病人花费及保险余额。
2) Be responsible for making sure that medical data is secure, accessible and accurate for billing purposes.
负责确保医疗数据的安全性、可访问性和准确性。
3) Cooperates with Clinic Operation Manager on the shift arrangement of Central Billing Team, and standards of procedures (SOP) in billing function, including cashier, billing, claim and re-claim, EOB clearing and reporting .
在诊所运营过程中配合门诊业务经理，建设包括出纳、记账、索赔等标准流程。
4) Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of daily and monthly revenue report, and delivery to accounting manager, finance controller and GM on time
负责每天数据的高效准确，并及时将相关报告给到会计经理、财务总监和总经理。
5) Establishes vision and is accountable for the direction for the billing team's performance. Establishes performance goals with each individual team member, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
负责考量理赔部的发展和运行方向，建立部门员工的绩效目标，处理解决各项问题。

Qualifications 任职资格
1) Bachelor degree or higher degree in business, healthcare billing, allied health or related field;
本科及以上学历，贸易、医疗、保健等相关专业；
2) 2-4 years management experience in a healthcare setting preferred;
在医疗行业有2-4年工作经历；
3) Demonstrated business acumen, and analytic/ financial skills;
有商业头脑，财务数据分析能力；
4) Possesses excellent organization skills;
拥有优秀的组织能力；
5) Customer focus with outstanding interpersonal and communications skills;
优秀的人际关系和沟通技巧；
6) Excellent written & oral English and Chinese. (native or highly fluent), fluency in multiple languages is a plus;
优秀的中英文书写及口语能力，会多种语言尤佳。
7) Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals;
能拽—撰写报告、商业信函、流程说明。
8) Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
能熟悉运用Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint等电脑软件；
9) Good team player;
拥有良好的团队精神；
10) Familiar with Trakcare system is preferred.
熟悉Trakcare系统优先。

            按照国际标准（JCI）和中国标准设计建造的上海德达医院是德达医疗集团设在上海的首家以提供心血管疾病医疗服务为主的综合性医院。德达医院及德达心血管中心位于上海虹桥交通枢纽以西七公里的徐泾地区，总建筑面积五万平方米，一期设有200张床位，二期350张床位。

DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards. It is DeltaHealth’s first hospital in Shanghai. DeltaHealth Hospital Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center are located in the Xujing area, 7 km to the west of Shanghai’s Hongqiao transport hub. The total construction area for the project is 50,000 m , with the set-up of 200 beds during the first phase.

        上德德达德西门诊于2013年1月正式营业，是德达心血管服务体系市内门诊网络的一部分。上海德西门诊部位于上海市虹桥中心商业区的核心位置，提供一系列的全科和专科服务，特色医疗服务包括心血管疾病诊断、专家门诊治疗和心脏康复项目等。
Opened in 2013, DeltaHealth Clinic·HongQiao is DeltaHealth’s first Shanghai outpatient clinic and is part of an inner city network of cardiovascular care clinics. Located at the heart of the Hongqiao CBD, the clinic provides comprehensive primary and specialty care, including cardiovascular disease screening, expert consulting and rehabilitation services.
