Responsibilities:
Paid Search (PPC)
-Plan and document SEM campaigns that deliver to marketing objectives while being in budget and on time
-Work with the client to gain approval on the plans including campaign structures, measurement processes, keywords, copy, landing pages & budgets
-Manage and oversee the ongoing campaign optimisation and reporting processes for all in market campaigns for clients ensuring that campaigns deliver to target and are achieving the best possible results

Client Communications
-Working with Client and team members to develop digital performance marketing strategy, primarily PPC focused
-Communicate with Clients the plans and on-going operations while managing expectations and delivery
-Meet regularly with clients to develop a further understanding of their business, update on campaign performance and agree ongoing action plans
-Work closely with the Display & Social teams, when required, to deliver and report on Display and Social Media campaigns

SEO
-Work with our SEO specialist to design and execute the strategy for assigned SEO projects
-Stay up to date with continuing changes in the major search engine

Project Management
-Professionally maintain and manage assigned projects
-Set client expectations with timelines and deliverables upfront
-Show attention to detail on Project management tools

Knowledge Management
-Show passion for keeping up-to-date on Internet marketing industry trends and technology
-Contribute to the expanding base of team knowledge in best of breed search engine marketing techniques by keeping abreast of new tools and processes


Requirements:
-A proven track record in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on search marketing.
-Self managing, able to command own workflow.
-Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
-Ability to manage a team.
-A degree in a marketing and/or business related discipline such as marketing, advertising, business, economics and related.
-2-4 years experience in SEM and / or digital performance marketing
-Understanding of general marketing concepts.
-Understanding of digital marketing concepts, language and objectives.
-Understanding of performance marketing (search, display and social) and its goals.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
-Be able to communicate effectively and build internal working relationships.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
