RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
? Manage the integrated communication planning process across all assigned clients – on a project and campaign level as needed – including briefing, planning, activation, agency integration and measurement, especially:
1. Refining project objectives through question-driven meetings with clients & planning teams
2. Taking basic footprints & portraits and making more robust
3. Ensuring each idea is rooted in consumer insights and evaluating plans for strategic quality
4. Presenting and illuminating the communications plans including the roles of select media and consumer communications vehicles to partner agencies and other stakeholders
? Work closely with planning teams on syndicated research and insights to understand target customer groups and their consumer journey; design and conduct primary research as needed and guide client research
? Model best-in-class processes and approaches for insight generation and strategy development for assigned teams
? Act as a senior Aegis resource for key clients and set long term vision for client activation & media mix
? Serve as Aegis thought leader on strategy and trends in integrated communication planning
? Be a lead resource for agency business development
? Coordinate ICP training and deployment including mentoring Specialists and working with Champions, facilitating Best of Aegis Media China Days and regular Strategy Reviews
? Prepare and share case studies of best work

? 10+ year experiences in Research / Strategic Planning / Account Planning / Brand Management
? Fluent in English
