Job Role:
To lead the designated clients. Responsible for the highest possible level of client service and ultimate product delivery. Actively support the General Manager to improve and enhance all aspects of the service, including but not limited to integration with digital and strategic communication planning team, improving productivity, staff training and development, and the adoption of global best practices. It is also expected to be a center of innovation that will improve the overall quality of our offering.

Detailed resposibilites:

Client management
Lead contact for all strategic and or implementation issues
Develop holistic media-neutral ideas, solutions & measurements to address communication issues/ problems/ opportunities with media planners
Seek out and exploit all opportunities to strengthen relationship and to improve overall agency performance.
Ensure all Client Key Performance Indicators.(KPIs) are delivered
Provide media orientation and training to clients

Operation Management and Delivery
Regularly review with General Manager to assess business potential and profitability. Responsible for clients development plan.
Ensure that all the delivery is up to our own innovation benchmark and above industry standard. Activities are delivered against strategy and client’s expectation
Obtain expertise support and exchange of learning from various disciplines within the agency network
Ensure that the right structure and best talents in place to deliver our brand promise
Publish and/or present opinions on consumer trends/insights and strategic communications in general.

People Development
Have a regular and open dialogue with the team members and have a clear view of their career progression capabilities.
Provide job specifications to all members of team and ensure timely appraisal of their performance on objectives to be met
Contribute ideas for Training Director to design training courses and develop relevant business skills for team members. Ensure all team members attend and complete all relevant training courses
Be available to lead internal training sessions and act as a mentor to staff

Business Development
Identify prospects and support on new business

Requirements:
1. University graduate with 10+ years of media planning experience
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking and written)
3. Strong client management & coordination skills. Ever motivating spirit and always provide more for clients
4. Good people skills
5. Proof of testimonial from client will be an advantage – optional
6. Strong communication skills and has good project management skills
7. Good leadership skills
