岗位职责：

1、 联系客户，处理客户日常事物；
2、 操作订单如跟客户报价议价等工作；
3、 跟客户确认纸卡，内外标，内盒，外箱等设计；
4、 跟进订单的生产情况，处理生产完工的订单；
6、 处理客户投诉问题；
7、 核算成本， 检查成本分析内容无误后呈报部门负责人审批，制作报价单给客户；
8、 推介新品给新老客户，寄样品及追踪新报价结果及客户意向；
9、 接待来访客户，参加展会等；
10、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、 大专及以上学历，英语4级或以上，计算机操作熟练；
2、 有一年以上外贸工作经验；
3、 为人诚实，有责任感，工作细致，有良好的敬业和服务精神，有团队协作精神。
