Job description工作职责:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be asked to fully support a Sale’s team on every technical issue regarding our products which are Humanoid Robots. This job contains several duties like (but not limited to):

• Provide a direct help to the salesmen when they face problem with their robots, but also answering customer’s questions that the Salesmen or the Customer Care cannot answer themselves.
• Develop demos and code sample (in python or C++), write or translate technical documentations and make technical videos to answer the needs of the sale’s team.
• Give training to our Customers either in our office or on Customer’s site (in China or abroad in Asia).
• Design, Develop, Test and Install applications and services sold to our Customers such as Science Museum exhibition, special events or dancing shows.
• Do pre-sales workshop and speech during conferences.

Because your tasks will be much diversified, you MUST be very flexible and embrace fast pace changes.

Requirement任职要求:

• Flexible, embrace quick change of priority
• Be able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
• Good communication skill with non technical people and good teaching skills
• Good technical writing skills
• Good in Python and/or C++ programming
• Familiar with Linux
• Able to speak to customers in a proper way
• Can speak easily and attractively to an audience (in Chinese)
• Good spoken English, very good reading and written English

Experience in the following area will be seen as a big plus:

• Knowledge in robotics, especially humanoid robots
• Experience in other programming languages
• Skillful in Version Control Software (Git, Hg, SVN, etc…)
• Have an artistic sense (mainly in character animation)
• Being creative
• Can speak easily and attractively to an audience (in English)
