任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历，美术、设计或相关专业
2、从事设计行业工作1年以上，具有大型网站的总体风格设计经验
3、富于创新、思维活跃，并对先进的设计理念和技术有较强的理解能力
4、有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力
5、精通Photoshop并熟练使用Flash等软件，掌握Dreamweaver等制作工具
6、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受高强度的工作压力
7. 能适应高强度的工作，并保持乐观精神，善于团队合作
工作职责：
1、负责网站整体的美术设计和创意工作；有出色的提案能力；参与项目评审并提出有效的修改方案
2、实时把握web设计的流行趋势，提出崭新的创意策略
3、具备对网站架构、频道策划的理解和分析能力，并站在用户角度去思考，提高网站的可用性，继而优化设计
4、参与设计体验、流程的制定和规范
