岗位职责：
1、 根据项目进度制定材料采购计划并报部门经理审核；
2、 负责材料询价；负责寻找价格低、性能好、服务优秀的材料供应商及分包商合作；
3、 采购合同签订后负责跟踪到货情况；
4、 负责供应商的管理，新供应商的开发和老供应商的维护。
5、 保证材料准时进场，并符合、达到现场需要的质量和数量要求；
6、 完成上级安排的各项工作任务。



任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，3年以上装饰材料采购经验；
2、精通各种建筑装饰材料的市场行情，供应渠道等信息，熟悉各种装饰材料及价格组成；
3、善于沟通和谈判，为人正直诚实稳重，有良好的职业素质和高度的责任心；
4、熟悉电脑操作，懂施工工艺及施工图纸；
5、有优秀供应商资源；
6、从事装饰设计及相关公司采购经验者或大型工装项目者优先。
