Responsibilities:
Identify high quality professionals through effective research
Introduce the positions to candidates and manage the candidates
Arrange suitable candidates to be interviewed by clients
Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career development advice
Monitor Research Consultant or Associate Consultant to set up target company lists and full mapping strategies
Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are consistent with company position and corporate objectives
Contribute to the business development with major business leaders and partners within the assigned field
Make the reference check about the candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above.
Recruiting experience focus on IT , Finance, Luxury, Manufacture is highly appreciated.
Strong communication, presentation , negotiation and writing competency.
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Hard working with fluent oral and written English.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take challenge in a growing organization.
