岗位职责

1.对产品结构设计图纸进行工艺及标准化审核；

2.负责产品相关工艺编制工作；

3.搜集国内及国际物料供应市场信息，开发公司新产品与新物料合格供应商；

4.审查并改进外协供方的零件加工工艺；

5.外协加工零件的进度和质量管理；

6.协调处理采购及加工制造过程中的相关问题；

7.分析产品的制造及装配工艺，对生产工艺进行持续改进。

任职要求

1. 机械类专业本科以上学历；

2.五年以上相关机械工艺工作经验，有机械设计管理经验者优先；

3.熟悉各种机械加工、钣金、各类冷,热处理及表面处理工艺；

4.熟悉各种金属特性，熟悉加工工艺要求；

5.精通机械结构设计，熟练使用AutoCAD，SolidWorks等软件；

6.熟悉各类机械设计规范，图纸标准，工艺及标准化审查要求；

7.具备较强的计划安排、成本核算、成本控制和商务谈判能力；

8.沟通协调能力强，精力充沛，为人诚实、守信；

9.积极、乐观，具有团队精神，具有良好的沟通能力，能承担高度的工作压力。
