OVERVIEW AND SUMMARY
在全球IT运营部门指导下，负责支持指定分公司的WAN及LAN。With general supervision, supports the local and wide-area networks within the assigned office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? 为指定分公司搭建、配置、维护局域网设备；并负责设立、测试新电脑账户，监测服务器状态，重装计算机、服务器，协助维护服务器等；Set up, configures and supports the local area network devices for the assigned office(s). Responsible for troubleshooting, setting up new users, monitoring server activity, rebuilding computers, and assisting in maintaining and servicing servers.
? 负责局域网安全性；Responsible for LAN security within the local office.
? 维护公司电话网络系统；Maintain the office phone system by creating new users, moving phone locations and extensions, setting up email and troubleshooting phone system problems.
? 遵循公司制度，选择、协助采购硬件、电话设备、路由器及交换机等设备；Identify equipment requirements and assist in the procurement of equipment including; hard drives, phone equipment, hubs, switches, and other technical equipment in accordance with corporate guidelines
? 为员工提供并正确配置所需设备；Provide guidance and assistance to employees to ensure they have the right hardware and that it is configured properly.
? 根据需要恢复软件、文件及邮件账户。Restore desktop software, files and email accounts as needed.
? 完成其他指派任务Carry out other hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
? 精通各种计算机网络系统及语言；In-depth knowledge of a range of computer networking systems and languages.
? 熟悉当前科技发展趋势；Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
? 熟悉现有的计算机和网络设备及其周边设备；Knowledge of available computing and/or network hardware and peripheral equipment.
? 熟悉计算机网络安全系统、程序、流程及技术；Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
? 熟悉当地计算机软件版权保护相关的法律法规；Knowledge of local copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software.
? 能够向非技术人员解释技术性问题；Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
? 熟练安装、配置、维护个人计算机、网络、相关硬件软件；Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks, and/or related hardware and software.
? 能够识别并解决计算机故障和操作问题；Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
? 能够向用户提供各种系统所需的培训和支持；Ability to provide a range of systems training and/or support activities for users.
? 团队协作，解决冲突；Ability to collaborate and identify/resolve conflicts or barriers to effective teamwork.
? 良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力；Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese necessary to express ideas clearly to individuals and groups.
? 能够应付多任务状态，及时调整优先级；Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
? 能够通过分析问题，找到并应用适当的解决方案。Ability to analyze problems, determine and implement appropriate solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? 本科及以上学历，计算机、工程学、应用数学、应用科学专业；Must have a baccalaureate degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, applied math, applied science, etc.) from an accredited Chinese college or university, or equivalent foreign institution.
? 微软认证系统工程师优先。Microsoft Certification preferred.
